Team Leaders
The following skill sets are required for this position:

  • 8+ years of IT experience in application development/maintenance roles
  • 4+ years of IT experience managing/leading a team of 4 or more IT application development/maintenance resources
  • Experience with Java and Oracle(PL/SQL) or ASP.NET or VB.NET and IIS and Oracle (PL/SQL) or SQL Server
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (Written and Oral) and leadership skills
  • Excellent planning and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor, motivate and assist resources in successfully achieving group and individual work with aggressive timelines
  • Knowledge of Powerhouse 4GL is desirable
  • Sun Java Technology and/or MSCD certification is desirable
